10+ Reasons why Table Tap is Thankful!
Cheers to Thanksgiving! It’s a bad time to be a turkey, beer, or couch, but a fantastic time for loved ones to get together to share meals, catch up, and express gratitude. We have a lot to be grateful for at Table Tap. There is so much that it’s hard to cover it all in one blog post, but here we go:
Table Tap has played an important role in launching and expanding the Pour Your Own Movement across the United States. Our customers, though, are also pioneers. They are industry leaders who have embraced the benefits of self-pour technology and used it to bring amazing concepts to life. They have placed their trust in Table Tap to be a focal point of their business model, which is why we prioritize our customer relationships and their success above all else. We strive to provide them with a best-in-class solution, top-tier ongoing support, and a dependable partnership.
Table Tap has a diverse customer base, with over 500 installations completed across North and South America. We are grateful to all of our past, present, and future customers. We’d like to highlight a few who have made significant contributions to our growth:
STATS Brewpub
The birthplace of self-serve beer in the United States. STATS, located in downtown Atlanta, was Table Tap’s first-ever installation. Many people thought self-pour would never catch on at the time. STATS, on the other hand, believed in the idea and trusted Table Tap. The project received overwhelmingly positive publicity and media coverage which put Table Tap on the map.
STATS has since upgraded its system three times and remains an ambassador of the technology. We have exponentially improved our hardware and software since 2006, but none of this would have been possible without that first opportunity.
Tapville
One of the nation’s largest self-pour franchises. Table Tap and Tapville partnered in 2016, and we are proud to provide self-pour technology for each of their 30+ locations that are either open or in the works. Tapville has done an outstanding job of leveraging self-pour technology to eliminate operator pain points and improve the patron experience.
Tapville offers three types of concepts: full-service restaurants and taprooms, self-pour kiosks, and mobile taproom trailers. Tapville relies on Table Tap as a key vendor for each concept. We are grateful for their continued trust, and we are excited to grow alongside them!
The Wolff Company
The first to introduce self-pour technology as a multifamily amenity. The Wolff Company is a well-known real estate developer with an extensive portfolio of multifamily properties. Wolff recognized the need to add value to their properties, differentiate themselves, and improve the resident experience in 2015. They realized that a self-service beer and wine station could accomplish all of these goals. They gave us useful feedback on how we could adapt and tailor our technology to include specific features that limit the liability and expenses associated with offering beer and wine on tap.
Table Tap’s self-pour technology is now a standard across The Wolff Company’s projects, and it is one of the most popular new amenities available in apartments nationwide. Table Tap now works with a large number of multifamily developers and property management companies. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to The Wolff Company for being our first customer in this market!
Table Tap is a group of hardworking and innovative people who are experts in their respective fields. We strive to be the best and strive to improve ourselves every day. We are grateful to all of our team members for their contributions and the impact they have on our company:
Jeff Libby, Founder & President: The man who started it all and our ship’s captain. We thank you for your leadership and the many hats you wear. There isn’t another CEO who will attend any sales meeting, be on call for support 24/7, or make a site visit at midnight on a Saturday and then attend his children’s ball game the next morning. Your dedication to both Table Tap and your family is inspiring!
Jason Basile, Installation Director: Our project manager and man on the ground. We thank you for all of your hard work on the road and on-site, your attention to detail, and your nose-to-the-grindstone attitude.
Tucker Criswell, Sales Director: Our man on the front lines, and possibly at the top of your inbox. We thank you for the many relationships you’ve built, as well as your reliability and attentiveness.
Rick Weber, Draft Systems Specialist: Our beer guru. Your knowledge of all things draft beer is incredible. Your craftsmanship and expertise speak for themselves, and we thank you for your commitment to Table Tap.
Christian Morales, Customer Success Manager: Our fire extinguisher and Swiss army knife. We thank you for your charismatic attitude, willingness to always lend a helping hand, and ensuring our customers’ ongoing success.
Gabriela Giraldo, Digital Marketing Coordinator: Our woman behind the scenes. While very new to the team, we thank you for your initiative and willingness to go above and beyond in each task that you complete.
We’d also like to thank our families for their unending love and support for allowing us to do what we love!
In addition to our team and customer base, there are so many other groups, customers, and people that Table Tap is thankful for:
