Our backend, TabHub, allows for a seamless setup of all promotions to keep your customers coming back time and time again. Promotions – Customizable BOGO & Discounts

Table Tap’s system has the ability to handle both automatic and manual promotions. Automatic promotion would be engaged automatically when the promotions criteria are met. An example of criteria could be that when they buy one draft beer, they get one for free and the system enables the discount as soon as the item is added to the tab. With the manual promotion, your staff would engage it themselves. These promotions can be monetary discounts, BOGOs, or even percentage discounts.

Promotions can be used by any customer or specifically for Members. Many of our clients offer promotions such as Member Monday where all Members can receive 10 percent off their tab or 10 percent just off food. There are also some taprooms that provide promotions for all Members every day of the week whether it be 5 percent off food or 10 percent off the draft wall. Promotions can also be added for just specific members or specific member groups. For example, you could have a Silver Member group and a Gold Member group. The Silver Member can receive different promotions than the Gold Member. This allows owners to build loyalty with their clients. 

Tracked Discounts

Tracked Discounts are discounts that do not require a certain purchase or offer. These are many times used to offer a discount to military/police/firemen or to discount staff meals. This is the most basic type of discount as all discounts are manually tracked and are applied to the entire tab. These discounts are customizable, and easy to find.

Happy Hour

Last but certainly not least, Table Tap can handle Happy Hour pricing. Happy Hour pricing can be engaged automatically or on a set automated schedule. Not only can we put your food items on happy hour pricing, but also on your beverage wall. Happy Hour can change daily, and your business can customize different weekdays happy hour. Pricing is set at the product level so you can discount certain items while not discounting others. Provide, and encourage your customers to come back through happy hours, and weekly specials. Many customers use this pricing model in their non-peak hours to bring in additional business when you weren’t usually going to be busy. Finally, your business will have only busy nights.
